Dr. Jodi R. Schoenhaus, DPM, RPhs, FACFAS, is an award-winning podiatrist in Boca Raton, FL, and Boynton Beach, FL. She is considered a leader and innovator for various procedures and consulting services in her field including fat pad and vein care. Dr. Schoenhaus grew up in southern New Jersey and she considers herself a true Philly girl. After graduating from the University of Michigan, having studied kinesiology and human movement, she went to Temple University in Philadelphia where she got her doctorate. She completed a three-year program in foot and ankle reconstructive surgeries and residency in the City of Brotherly Love.

After completing her training and establishing a scientific foundation based on biomechanics, reconstructive surgery, and research she moved to South Florida. In 2005 she opened the Foot, Ankle & Leg Vein Center. She’s board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery in foot, rear foot, and ankle reconstruction. She is also a certified ultrasound sonographer for vascular imaging.

She has helped athletes and people from all over the world who cannot find this unique service locally. She has developed an extensive medical tourism program to accommodate travelers seeking her innovative techniques and she has published numerous blogs and articles on fat pad atrophy.

She has performed FDA-approved research in her field using dermal fillers, fat grafting, and fat transferring. Her background in foot and ankle surgery and wound care has helped her establish a vein program dealing with vein insufficiency, management of venous ulcerations, and the treatment of varicose veins. Her vein clinic in South Florida offers one of the most extensive programs for patients suffering from chronic venous insufficiency.

She is a consultant to various companies and has developed tools and techniques that can help improve patient care and outcomes. Dr. Schoenhaus prides herself on practicing with ethics and sincerity and believes patient education is the key to great outcomes.

In addition to running a full-time practice, Dr. Schoenhaus is the medical director of Shuzz. Shuzz provides new shoes and medical care for foot and ankle conditions domestically and internationally.

Dr. Schoenhaus has done mission work abroad. She is also a Masonic Angel Fund Founder which provides services to underprivileged children in Boca Raton and Delray Beach, Florida.

Calcaneal Fat Pad Restoration

The first phase of this treatment plan consists of injecting Leneva allograft adipose matrix into the subcutaneous tissue surrounding the calcanei, bilaterally.
